Living in peace and quiet while overlooking the railroad tracks? That is by no means a contradiction. The apartments at the FURNIERWERK are designed to shut out the noise while still allowing for normal ventilation at all times, without the use of noise barriers.
A smart arrangement of the rooms and the loggia offers the best noise control solution. The floor plans of the apartments were developed in order to avoid the noise coming from the south. All noise control requirements are therefore easily met, and our tenants can sleep peacefully even when the windows are open.
To provide the greatest level of tranquility in the rooms, all windows facing the railroad tracks have 6-pane glazing. In combination with a practical automatic ventilation system, this allows tenants to live as comfortably as possible.
Needless to say, the peace and quiet can also be appreciated in the outdoor areas. Thanks to a special winter garden glazing, the loggia can be closed at any time. This way the mediterranean olive or orange trees can also benefit from a perfect climate during the winter.
